Water God's Champion

This water sprite is my idea for the Champion for the God of water/rivers/oceans/etc
Her kind live anywhere there is an abundance of water. They look like they are made of glass of varying colors depending on where they come from. When they open their mouth all they way you'll see rows of tiny needle sharp teeth that contain a mild poison. They look like light glinting off the water when they fly, making them very hard to spot. They have the ability to manipulate the water around them to their will (kind of like water benders if you're an Avatar fan). Obviously the Water God would only chose the most skilled as his champion, so this sprite is good enough to cause tsunamis.

I drew this rather quickly, and colored it really lazily, so it's not my best artwork, but I got the concept of what I wanted down, and that's all that really matters right? I tried to make it's hair and wings look like water.
I guess now that maybe I should have gone for something a bit more traditional, but when I looked up images for water sprites and such I was met with varying results, and this design isn't too far off the mark for some of them, so I don't feel too bad.

Anyway. I went through several design concepts before I settled on this one. I might put up my sketches later just for the heck of it.
